I am not sure about job guarantees, but they have state majority ownership of a lot of companies, a policy similar to the one Warren put forward in her Accountable Capitalism Act, and a welfare apparatus like you wouldn’t believe. (None of this is to say thatany of those things are socialist—I don’t even think state ownership is socialist—only that conservatives would think they are more extreme than what she proposes.)
