What does what he tweets or retweets have to do with his pardon? Are you suggesting that should be any sort of basis to be prosecuted or denied a pardon? Would that not constitute a government infringement on free speech?

I don’t care enough about him to bother looking up what he tweeted or why nor am I condoning anything he may or may not have tweeted or retweeted. My point is whatever he tweets it has nothing to do with any case against him or any previous pardon.

Geez, some things never change. Still trying to twist my words. I said people are convicted and found guilty when they get pardoned, they don’t plead.

A plea deal entails that you admit to committing the criminal act publicly and on the record.

Say what? A pardon says nothing about whether they pled guilty, or were even convicted. Are you trying to claim Obama and other Presidents only pardoned the innocent or that is even what pardons are for?
