Trump offical facebook AD removed due to nazi comparisons

Facebook has removed an ad posted on the offical facebook pages of both Trump and Pence using Nazi imagery and compressions. Trump and Pence themselves likely had no idea these ad were being posted.

Facebook on Thursday announced that it removed ads from President Donald Trump’s campaign that contained a symbol associated with Nazis.

“We removed these posts and ads for violating our policy against organized hate,” a Facebook spokesman said in a statement. “Our policy prohibits using a banned hate group’s symbol to identify political prisoners without the context that condemns or discusses the symbol.”

The ads contained red downward-pointing triangles, which the Nazis used to mark political prisoners. The symbol was used in ads by Trump, Vice President Mike Pence and the Trump campaign.

Absurd, and to top it off, Facebook itself has a red upside down triangle emoji.

How ridiculous. That only highlights the bias of organized internet monopolies like facebook. I, and likely most everyone else, would never have made such an association.
The lefts control of all media is becoming dangerous.

Fairness doctrine! Fairness doctrine!

So what does an upside down red triangle signify?

Down?

Red Down?

Slow moving vehicle, but installed upside down.

yes indeed. although i would argue (as recent events indicate) they already are very dangerous, and destructive

So why did the Trump team tweet the red triangle and then delete it?

Blackhawk Down, Blackhawk Dives Down, Blackhawk Dives Down Quark, Blackhawk Dives Matter. Black Lives Matter.

Had to look it up, because I wasn’t familiar. From wiki: there is no way that wasn’t deliberate.

Red triangle – political prisoners: social democrats, socialists, communists and anarchists; rescuers of Jews; trade unionists; and Freemasons.

Okay lib, seeing things everywhere. People can’t just love triangles and their favorite color is red.

So what did it mean then? If it wasn’t the truly horrifying explanation?

Here’s Trump’s response- to point to a randomly generated graphic on spreadshirt.com and claim “It’s a widely used Antifa smbol”

For all we know, the trump team went to Spreadshirt and created that image. A Google Image Search shows the only hit for this is the Trump War Room tweet. If it was “widely used” by Antifa, you’d find many examples.

And in typical Trumpian fashion, it was posted, and then when enough attention was garnered, the symbols were deleted and replaced with other symbols.

Not the ads the red triangle was originally embedded in- all those ads are still there- they simply have new associated images.

But yes this was all innocent…

I made the red triangle famous.

What’s ridiculous is the hyperbolic partisan victimhood that is this post.

My bad- I did find the source of the image related to Antifa. We all owe Trump an apology.
