They deserve it …they sit by and allow these things to happen because they are too afraid of the base…you dont like it? Stand up and face the consequences of the outcome…america is more than one person.
Punishing your enemies for political statements is fascism. Just because we’re not at the gulag stage yet doesn’t mean we aren’t on that road, and Trump is doing everything in his power to get us there. Our only saving grace is he’s too damn incompetent to do it successfully.

I don’t know Joanne. Punishing people you perceive as your political opposition with retaliatory actions designed to do nothing more than to prevent them access to intelligence seems like a pretty straight forward step towards fascism to me.
I’m normally loathe to use that term, but this is a terribly slippery slope here. The logical conclusion would be the party in power revoking the clearance of everyone in the opposition party. This is not good at all.

While you are educating yourself on what socialism is, do some reading up on what fascism is, too.
Yeah, I’d agree that fascism is the wrong word for it. It’s more along the lines of petty. That’s why I likened it more to a banana republic - where a government may just not have developed enough to have the finesse to handle these types of things properly. I think that’s more the case with Trump - he just doesn’t have the experience to know how to handle these type of things properly.
I’m being serious. We seem to have daily references now to Hitler, Pearl Harbor, etc.

I wish I can move away at times. I live in the DC area and I’m one of those 4-1 sometimes 5-2 guys, just to beat traffic. Unfortunately I can get called in at anytime.
