Amidst on-going investigations into its finances, the Trump Foundation has agreed to dissolve under judicial supervision.

Wow.

These are high crimes and misdemeanors.

When Trump accuses, he’s often confessing:

Donald Trump on Monday demanded that Hillary Clinton shut down the charitable foundation founded by her husband, former US president Bill Clinton, branding it a “corrupt enterprise.”

“The Clintons have spent decades as insiders lining their own pockets and taking care of donors instead of the American people,” the Republican presidential candidate said in a statement.

“It is now clear that the Clinton Foundation is the most corrupt enterprise in political history,” Trump said, blasting the charity, which has raised some US$2 billion dollars since it was founded in 2001 after Bill Clinton left office.

“It must be shut down immediately,” he said.

All of this is just sad, really.

I guess no one instructed Donald Trump what is acceptable and not acceptable in terms of how to handle his campaign and all of the other organizations under “Trump, Inc.”.

I’m sure conservatives will come flocking to this thread to decry the most corrupt administration in the history of our country. Any moment.

Things aren’t looking good for Tiny.

The Trumpslanations will be forthcoming–and they could be fabulous. Or, they could just be tedious deflections. These aren’t the most imaginative people these days.

Well the Clinton Foundation literally sold nuclear weapons to terrorists.

All thanks to a single reporter with a legal pad who just started to ask questions. Well done farenthold and well earned Pulitzer.

The “debating” here has gone south. Mainly because there really is not much to debate. Trump is neck deep in corruption and crime.

So a question here…why does persistent illegal behavior merit only shutting down the Foundation and not handing out indictments? Any one know?

And the people still willing to do it are a–how do we put it euphemistically?–a self-selecting bunch.

Who says the investigation is over?

There are still qiestions

NY AG is still investigating this, among many other Trump crimes.

Becoming President was the single worst mistake Trump ever made.

And no presidential pardon is going to work there

It continues to be a core part of Trumpism. These people look into the depths of what remains of their souls, see the darkness there, and assume their political adversaries must be just as bad. While it might also be a shock to the “both sides” brigade, it’s just not true.

Hell, I sometimes wish it were as it would be easier for us to win/maintain power.

Good gravy, what a waste of money.

Trump probably threw it in the trash.
