A very real problem, one that does not get the attention it ought to get is, we have domestic enemies, mostly socialists and communists, who are hard at work to destroy American and the flame of freedom it represents. They have realized they cannot overpower us by force and have resorted to other tactics to destroy us, one tactic is to flood our country with the poverty stricken, poorly educated, low skilled, disease carrying and criminal populations of other countries.

There is no surer way to weaken, subdue, demoralize and then conquer a prosperous and freedom loving people than by allowing and encouraging the poverty stricken, poorly educated, low-skilled, criminal and diseased populations of other countries to invade that country, and make the country’s existing citizens tax-slaves to support the economic needs of such invaders.
That is not a realistic understanding of what was meant by jurisdiction, when referring to the authority a foreign governmental power has over citizens of a foreign country.
When you as a US citizen visit a nation like France, they do not have complete jurisdiction over you, since you are not a citizen of France.
Sure, you are expected to obey their civil laws; you cannot run around robbing banks, blowing thru traffic signal, and assaulting their citizens. They do not have jurisdiction over your person, just limited jurisdiction, as in your conduct as it pertains to behaving like an invited guest.
France cannot confiscate income taxes from you, because they do not have that type of jurisdiction over you, as a person. Full jurisdiction by a nation only applies to its citizens, not citizens of a foreign country.
When a foreign citizen knowingly enters the US illegally they are refusing to acknowledge US jurisdiction over our immigration laws. It’s silly to think that they can simultaneously demand that the US government suddenly confer US citizenship to their child born on our shores. Yet it is true. I guess the geek squad isnt beholden to the 14th amendment like the US government is.
If an American jockey goes to France and wins horse races. He is subject to France’s tax system. Likewise anywhere else in the world. Being a US citizen does not make them tax exempt from foreign income taxes.
