Interesting development. SCOTUS is allowing deportation to 3rd countries to resume, temporarily staying Massachusetts district court’s order. The temporary stay remains in place pending appeal to 1st Circuit appeals court.
Unfortunately, all judges on that court were appointed by Biden or Obama. Once guess what will happen next.
