Next up. Trump suspends Habeas Corpus summarily eliminating “do due process” and illegals are simply kicked out There’s precedent, no not Lincoln or Roosevelt that was during wartime. Johnson and Grant post Civil War. Can’t wait to see the legal haranguing by the experts should that happen.
