A judge in the Southern District of Texas just ruled that the AEA applies only in time of a declared war or armed invasion by a foreign government, rejecting the claim that that Tren de aragua justifies use of AEA for deportations.

In a diabolical way, it’s a clever plan…Wrong, and vile, but they want to be cruel. And this is a novel way to achieve it.
Somehow they will try to convince everyone that all of Latin America is militarily invading the United States, thus justifying the AEA.
