However it opens the door for Biden.
Truly if Trump was even the slightest bit competent and he just drastically expanded the funding of MBE programs and SBA minority loans when he got into office instead of, well, the whole Charlottesville thing, he could potentially have gotten ten to fifteen percent of the black vote.
Yes…that’s what I seen as well.
I’m sure their are conditions that have to be met, business plans made etc.
And maybe have successful retired business owner contribute in helping them develop those business plans etc.
