Trump hasn’t been a Republican long enough to remember the bloody political battles over guidelines that steer money towards the African American community.
He will announce this, and McConnell will pull him into a backroom to strangle it in the crib. This is Trump’s party right now, but only on a lease. He won’t be allowed to do it.
