Trump 2024 VP Pick?

I’d pick Kennedy. Just to annoy the Left.

For some reason I think of Monica Lewinsky right away…
Neah… :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

I luv your sense of humor.

He could do it with Kennedy. Throw the Left and the Right, [ the never Trumpers ], a finger.

We live with that scenario every day.
Look at the National News. People are at each other’s neck for ratings. Especialy the Left and their drive-bys.

I am guessing…someone from a swing state. A celebrity or a Military person.

Stick in the mud. Never liked him.

Not me. Stefanick is a pit bull on the issues.

I enjoy the speculation too. Keeps things interesting while the democrat commie dullard ticket is set.

Why did Junior’s family go so bonkers at the thought of him running against Crooked Joe Biden? Because they are Radical Left Lunatics, and they can’t conceive of their even more Liberal brother running as anything else??? MAGA2024 Don’t waste your Vote on Kennedy!

It does seem that Kennedys bid is actually helping Biden more and hurting Trump, hence why Trump is on the attack.

Theoretically?

If it goes to Congress (President = House, Vice President = Senate)? Yes.

WW

Right !

Don’t you find it ironic that we even need to have a thread about the 2024 VP pick of someone who only hires the “best people” ?

Doubly ironic that in this very thread someone is taking a run at Kamala Harris and oh yeah, whoever Trump picks is guaranteed to be so much better - considering how well his first pick worked out :man_facepalming:

That isn’t as much of a knock on Pence as it is on the propaganda that now embraces his term.

Pence was OK until he let Birx and Fauci extend the virus hype for the entire election cycle. Then not so much and against Trump POV.

current odds

Scott 9-2
Gabbard -8-1
stefanik 9-1 (lots of stefanik money showing)
vance 13-1
Carson 15-1
Rubio 16-1
Haley 19-1
and a newcomer to the list

Burgum 19-1

what happen to Noem , you ask now 30-1 (puppygate makes her a tough sell to the American public)

:joy:. Amazing.

Nothing ever ever ever ever is trumps fault.

Pence ended up being persona non grata in MAGA land and is on record saying he won’t endorse Trump in 2024.

That’s pretty much the opposite of “OK”. Why was he picked, exactly ?

Certainly not an opinion of Pence.

I still like Pence. I find his political lack of support now for the work he did as Trump VP to be shallow and unbecoming. He really should endorse Trump and fight the war mongers and inflation and child like energy policy that has resulted in global conflict under Biden…just as Trump said during his 2020 campaign

:fuelpump:

Honest question…Why do you use that hyperbolic that nothing is ever Trumps fault when it is not at all true? Trump is flawed as was his endorsement of Doctor Oz. Trump is also clearly a better option now.

Pause.

Pence sold the COVID response and it was OK…at first…then the underlying motive of tanking the economy came into question.

Why was he picked?

Trump looked at Pence and held up his cellphone. He had several missed calls from Christie. “I need killers. I want somebody to fight,” Trump said in a conversation recalled by Obst. “Chris Christie calls me nonstop about this job. He calls me every 10 seconds; he’d do anything for his job. He is dying to be vice president. And you, it’s like you don’t care.” He reiterated: “I need killers! Do you want this thing or not?”

Pence was calm, unnaturally calm. Obst knew why: He was resigned to whatever answer God would give. Pence could only be himself.

“Look, Donald, if you want somebody to be a killer, if you want somebody to be a constant attack dog, I suggest you go find someone else. I’m not that guy.”Pence told Trump he liked running for reelection. He told him he was the guy if Trump wanted someone who could help him run the White House, help get bills passed and build and maintain relationships with donors, officials and governors.

“So, if you want me to do it, I’m going to say, ‘Yes.’ If you don’t want me to do it, I’m going to work really hard for you and the other guy. It doesn’t matter. It really doesn’t matter,” he said, according to Obst.

That is exactly what Trump got with Pence. It was a good pick. Pence, like Trump, had no skeletons in the closet.

Even with an amicable repair Pence would be a poor fit in 2024.

Because you have a history of ascribing fault to anyone but President Trump who had full power to fire fauci and brix or to stop them.

You also ascribe things to Trump that never happened.

So yes it’s all true believer hyperbole

Yeah…Fire Fauci…

How do you like Fauci now?
