Tom Homan vows action as California set to release illegal immigrant who killed two teens

@TNT is creating threads about the occasional detention complaint. I figured why not counter with something from an opposite perspective.

Illegal alien Oscar Eduardo Ortega-Anguiano was driving drunk at a high rate of speed, killing two American teenagers. He was convicted and sent to prison. California has decided to release him 6 years early and likely won’t cooperate with ICE to get him deported.

This is the face of LIBs today. No compassion whatsoever for the lives this piece of trash has affected. It is only important that he is treated with respect and gets his due process.

“He’s been deported several times, which means he’s a felon,” Homan said. “Re-entry to the country, deported. Deportation is a felony. We will prosecute him, and we will deport him.”

According to ICE, Ortega-Anguiano has a long criminal history, including prior convictions for burglary in 2005, vehicle theft in 2007, and battery with kidnapping in 2014. Homan says those prior offenses, and his repeated illegal re-entry into the country, make the case especially egregious.

Terrible. Why only 10 years to start with?

This article has a small amount of additional info.

ICE first lodged its detainer after his arrest, and renewed it with North Kern State Prison in Delano on June 9, 2022, after he was moved there to serve his sentence.

Is it possible they are releasing him to be deported?

Which I would still disagree with.

I’d like to know on what grounds he’s getting out early. Seems dumb.

This is nothing at all like sending an immigrant who follows the law to the letter to CECOT without charges or a trial. It’s a different kind of terrible.

To counter a thread about occasional detention complaints, you create a thread about occasional immigrant malfeasance. Cool.

Sanctuary states and cities are doing all they can to hinder ICE when illegals get released.

Homan is preemptively addressing what California is apt to do with this guy:

“I will work with [Homeland Security] Secretary Noem on this case, and I guarantee you, if they don’t honor the detainer, we’ll have ICE agents outside that facility to take custody of this individual and deport him,” Homan said Wednesday on “America’s Newsroom.”

Recently in Denver, News-9 did a whining piece on the same thing happening. ICE had to camp out and grab criminal illegals who were getting released. “It was as if they were being kidnapped…”

“occasional immigrant malfeasance”

And you posted that with a straight face.

He was already tried and convicted. Now you don’t want him to serve his prison term.

Where did I say that?

 The irony!

I do. Then deport him. He sets foot back across that border-CECOT.

And you know what else?

If LIBs cared about a victim’s rights the illegals wouldn’t have been in this country to begin with.

Did this make sense in your head?

Today’s Democrats don’t give two ■■■■■■■ ■■■■■ about any of us, our families or our children. They are nothing but brainwashed ideologues who pine for power and personal wealth.

Sad (but telling) that it didn’t make sense for you.
