He filed charges on an expired misdemeanor, based on the premise that Trump committed a Federal crime. He had no jurisdiction over federal crimes and the Federal crime was never specified.
Cop pulls a guy over for speeding or other traffic violation, that may be a local crime but if the illegal was driving to escape being prosecuted for entering our country illegally, that is a federal crime. If Alvin Bragg is allowed to charge for crimes outside HIS jurisdiction in New York, than a New York cop should have the same privilege. Thought you guys were all about equal treatment and that “no one is above the law”.

Local governments don’t have to help ICE, but they can.
However, if they choose to issue drivers licenses to illegals, those licenses should not be used for federal identification or security purposes…thinking visas and air travel.
