The problem with that, is that he was imprisoned in March of 2025. DHS sought to have a judge reject his asylum case, but that wasn’t until May of 2025, two months after he had been imprisoned. Meaning, when he was imprisoned he was here legally awaiting an asylum hearing, having committed no crimes. His asylum hearing was cancelled because HHS asserted he was a gang member with no evidence to support it other than tattoos.
That stinks to high heaven. This guy is still in prison, in a country he has never been to previously. Having committed no crime, had no trial, convicted of nothing, and no legal representation. And there is no sentence, he could be there for life.
Asylum claim rejected. Thrashing about, stomping feet like a petulant toddler doesn’t change that. Don’t reinstate an open border policy if you don’t want this to be the result. Eat your grits.
It was rejected two months after he was imprisoned. You might have an argument for deportation after his claim was rejected. That is how it is supposed to work. He had a right to due process under the law. The fact you are fine and dandy with trashing our constitution because the ends justify the means is just glaringly short sighted.
If you don’t give a damn about the constitution just say so. But don’t go on about the 2nd amendment when it suits you. Or the 1st when it suits you. Because if you give an inch you can be damn sure they are going to take a mile. And that will be on folks like you.
If you don’t give a damn about American sovereignty just say so. Stop straw man purchasing your yard boys via fake asylum claims. Just come out and run your elected representatives on open borders. Quit being liars.
You could have stopped at “all of them.” The point is, they are all here illegally regardless of where they live, what hob they may have or whether they commit crimes. Criminality is nothing more than a priority, but that doesn’t mean only criminals are detained and get deported.
