Do you think it’s smart to bring in a large number of non-citizens into a polling station while an election is going on? Why were they there? Don’t we deserve an explanation?

Speaking English is a requirement of U.S. citizenship. They were pretty good at Spanish.
Wrong. Speaking some sort of English is a requirement of naturalization.
Having basic control of the English language is the requirement. That doesn’t mean that naturalized citizens do not otherwise need interpreters. Having basic control of a language or ordinary usage of words doesn’t mean that you understand write or speak English and its many nuances and complexities. And for that an interpreter is often needed. Now you know.

Does it seem remotely possible to you that we might deserve an explanation for why a large group of foreign nationals were brought into a polling station as acive voting was happening?
And it’s only required for naturalization, citizens that are not naturalized don’t take a test to see if they speak english.
