I hope he does sue. The school already knows they overstepped. They went from firing him to suspending him for 20 days, which is being challenged so he is still getting paid. For God’s sake, we have a teacher who by his actions exposed that a student had a gun at school that could have been used in a school shooting. Yet, some progressives will act like this man committed a crime. Of course had she shot up the school, they would have vilified him for doing nothing.

There is definitely some stuff going on behind the scenes to which we are not privy.
If he just happened to be there when this all went down, the firing was a huge overreaction.
But school administrators don’t overreact like that unless something is going on behind the scenes.
In other words, victim blaming.

So lemme make sure I’ve got this right? A student brings a loaded gun to school. She’s hiding it in her book bag. She then gets caught and confronted by a teacher. She then gets violent and strikes the teacher, knocking his phone out of his hands. He immediately grabs the girl and pins her to a wall and he is guilty of a crime? I again I must reiterate…this world is becoming absolutely insane!

If a teacher or other authority stands by and does nothing, heads explode. Here a guy does something and heads explode.
If the video linked in the OP is from a cop’s body cam, it shows that the cops weren’t doing anything (at least initially.) There is no movement from the video source until the physical contact occurs. Looks like the cop was there to observe, not handle the incident.
