This was the illegal action that makes all these issues of due process show up. The practical matter is that you can’t allow in ten million people in masse and then insist on a trial for each on the way out. The courts are making Biden’s illegal actions a fait accompli.

The INA grants the President parole power…it has since 1952.
Subsequent revisions have expanded that parole power to include the head of the DHS.
You or I might not like that, but it doesn’t make it illegal.
Paroles are to be done on a case by case basis. Did Biden follow this and examine each case?
