The Administration’s stance is once again they KNOW he is a TdA member but they can’t risk national security and intelligence initiatives by actually letting us know HOW they know.
Another rationalization for denying due process which they can easily apply to anyone, citizen or not.
Your badge of citizenship or “upstanding behavior” will not protect you from an administration that rationalizes that they have powers like this, no matter how much you want to believe otherwise.
It really is hard to believe that Biden and Mayorkas encouraged, allowed, promoted and even paid for illegals to enter this country illegally, in spite of our Constitution all while swearing under oath to Congress “the border is secure”. Biden truly is a traitor to this country, no matter how much you want to believe otherwise.

We don’t accuse people of breaking the law based solely on how hard or easy it is to believe they did.

I understand there are millions and millions and millions and millions of examples of evidence that prove Biden and Mayorkas are traitors. What I do not understand is why Mayorkas has not been indicted for lying under oath to Congress.

And yes you should be asking why Mayorkas has not been indicted…but that might require you to examine your own assumptions about the whole matter which I am certain would make you quite uncomfortable.
PS I am taking note as to how quickly you have moved the goalposts as opposed to answer my questions as to which immigration laws Biden broke or failed to uphold.
I can tell you right now that parole power has been in our immigration laws since 1952…they have been amended since then, but they are in our immigration laws.
You may not like them…they may run counter to what you believe are in the US’ best interests…but they aren’t illegal.
You should choose your words with more care, but I suspect you chose the words you did with a different goal in mind.
So to review, this guy followed the law.
You might not like the law, but he did follow it.

Here is the Constitution and the responsibility of President Biden.
Section 4
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
Now…did he protect each state from invasion or did he actually promote it?
So he has not been indicted for one of two reasons:
- The people you support and adore are actually part of the deep state, subverting america
or
- These same people have determined there is nothing to indict him on.
Which do you think it is?
