Now if you want to declare the law violates is unconstitutional.

Uh, the Supreme Law in Pennsylvania does not provide for “no-excuse” mail in ballots. If no-excuse mail in ballots are added to Pennsylvania’s vote tally, then the supreme law, and specifically Article VII, Section 14, has been broken.

Of course PA’s Constitution allows for mail in ballots. I doubt if any informed person thinks otherwise.
But the introduction of no-excuse mail-in ballots into PA’s vote tally violates provisions of Pennsylvania’s Constitution, including Article VII, Section 14
