I just got back into golf after years away…used to be a sub bogey golfer, played on High School team for few years. Now I’m a walking disaster…Have only broken 60 once since I started 6 weeks or so ago. Talk about being aggravated…

He could have been back fro NJ before dark. No real difference between NJ and VA if you have a helicopter.
I used to be a pretty avid golfer. low 90’s, high 80’s. Broke 80 once, Broke forty for 9 a handful of times.
Then I just stopped. Can’t really understand it. Used to love the sport. In a way, I still do. Just don’t do it anymore.
Went out with my FIL after about 5-6 years of not playing. He was dying of prostate cancer. We used to play a couple times year. We played with my nephew, his grandson. We had a great time. I shot a 42 ut of the blue because I wasn’t thinking about the game, I was thinking about him.
Fond memory.
Just been thinking about picking it up again during lock down but I separated m shoulder skiing, so not sure it’s in the cards.
