That’s only half of it Allan. There are at least two people involved in the equation. Not to mention person doing the hiring. What if they are a trans and they hire the straight person? Are they guilty of discrimination? And what about if they hire the trans person? Could not the case be made that they discriminated against the straight?
The only thing that is clear Allan, is that there is no substance to your thesis. You can’t even answer fundamental questions regarding what is or is not discrimination.
I’m not exactly sure how this works. But if Shifty goes to trial in Maryland or California, the chances of a conviction seem slim.
That said, they need to wrap up the investigation and bring some atcual charges.
I agree. I am not anti trans. Never have been. You be you. Call yourself what you want. Dress how you choose. There is no victim.
But, if a man is pretending to be a woman, do not violate my rights by insisting that I play that game and recognize him as being a woman. I will not. And a man in a woman’s sports uniform is still a man. And a man strolling through a women’s locker room and letting his dong brush up against a woman’s hand is totally out of the question.
