The problem libs? You're up against normal people

I am ALWAYS honest, I have posted more than once what my thought process was, but will do it again for the ones slow on the uptake.

First of all there is never a case where two candidates are equally qualified. One always has an edge over the other. That said my decision would be based on what it always has when I had interviewed multiple candidates for a position that look equal on paper.

It ALL boils down to who would be the best fit for the company. Which candidate’s personality best meshes with who they will be closely working with. The candidate who can easily gell with their coworkers and can do the job competently. Not only that, but the candidate I would hire would also have to be able to work with their customers and be able to build the customers confidence that they can be assured that the candidate knows not only what they DO know, but more importantly what they do NOT know, and know where to go to get that knowledge. I have hired several techs in the IT field, sometimes the best candidate on paper is not the best fit for the position. A tech who may be excellent at finding an issue and finding a resolution has horrible people skills, conversely, a tech who may not be the best at finding/resolving issues has excellent people skills AND knows who to go to for assistance in something that may be new to them.

There are so many intangibles when deciding who to hire that it hardly ever boils down to who is best in paper. They have to be able to mesh with their coworkers, be able to provide the services the customer demands, is able to take both criticism and praise, is willing to learn new ways to do something, etc

The last thing in my mind is who they sleep with, what they call themselves, etc. That is their business and as long as they keep their home life at home, I really don’t give a damn.

DoD ie: Military is a totally different animal than hiring someone to fix a computer, be the accountant, etc. The fact that you had to bring it up tells me you have absolutely zero comprehension of military life, the stresses it creates, and the tightness of most units and how a distraction like that could cause.

I thought we were talking about discrimination normal versus trans. If a person was normal what could they be discriminated for. The military employees who are forced to leave were long serving members and its because they are trans not for any problems they caused, this is a distraction from what the military should be focused on and not good for morale.
I know zero about it but culture war politics could divide members not help tighten units.
Why is personal stuff relevant.

I could be wrong, but think they can dress as they please on their own time. But they are no longer allowing men to wear women’s uniforms.

No they are being forced to leave service and the military have uniform so how they dress is in uniform.

Apparently you support a male, who now calls himself female to be able to join the military and go thru boot campbas a female, showering with the other females in the platoon, sleeping in the same open squadbay with the other females while in boot camp, and you do not see ANY problem here?!?!?

None of that happened yet you are ok with the discrimination anyway.

Go away, you have absolutely zero clue.

Well @biggestal99…here is your answer

You and Free and Clear were the one supporting Khelif who still refuses to fight for pro prize money due to not wanting to take the gender and physical test. So you supported a man beating up women at the Olympics. FYI WBC tests will be required to qualify for the Olympics next go around, so I guess Khelif is out. Khelif has failed the test all three times it was administered to him. You guys believe in science till it contradicts your world view.

not the best qualified but the company cultural fit?

Yep, sometimes the best qualified on paper is not the best fit for the job. You don’t have an introvert working in sales for example, or someone with bad knees in a postion that requires a lot of squatting. What is sad, no, pathetic is out of my entire post, THAT is the one line you pulled in a lame attempt to prove discrimination.
