Since Tucker has turned up, here’s something I find puzzling. Tucker was a Trump supporter; he hammered the lie about the stolen election. But the Fox defamation lawsuit elicited private text messages from Carlson. As it turns out, he didn’t believe the fraud stuff. And his loathing of Trump seems sincere:
Now, he’s back on the train. It’s like the Vance stuff about Trump being Hitler, which just got waved away like it was a quibble over tax policy. It’s bizarre.
The sad thing is somehow we’ve all been reminded through all of this of the existence of the completely irrelevant Liz Cheney….
It’s weird that any relevance she has achieved in the last couple of months has come courtesy of the Democrat party that routinely when her father was vice president called him and frequently her every nasty name in the book.
Interesting piece from Fox putting the lie to the claims Trump was calling for Lizzie to face a firing squad or whatever stupidity libs are trying to make up.
Headline- “ Even liberals, Trump critics blast media’s coverage of his Liz Cheney comments: ‘A bald-faced lie’
The liberal media has peddled the false narrative that Trump called for Cheney’s ‘execution’”
Exactly, if you advocate for warfare, for military action, for putting young men’s lives in jeopardy without being willing to put yourself at the same risk, YOU are a piece of ■■■■■
This sentiment isn’t new, a number of us here have expressed it for years, going back as far as the Shrub Bush wars.
All the mendacious responses over his statement leaves me with no respect, no good will, for those advancing them.
