Also interesting is Rule 26 of the GOP’s conference. It states:

“A member of the Republican Leadership shall step aside if indicted for a felony for which a sentence of two or more years imprisonment may be imposed.”

Trump is currently indicted in a handful of different cases and facing over 90 felony charges, many of which can carry sentences far greater than two years. So how exactly does that work?

They don’t need to pass anything. It’s already been passed. The laws are there but they’re not being enforced and it really isn’t that hard to comprende. The law that asylum seekers must seek asylum in the first safe country they enter (first entry) is not being enforced. Trump negotiated it for Mexico to enforce their southern border and enforced it through financial penalties. The Biden Administration on day 1 stopped any and all things Trump did and Brandonites own this.
