If we had shut down all international travel to and from China as I suggested in January we wouldn’t be where we are today.
If we had taken the second step of shutting it down from the other affected countries we wouldn’t be where we are today either.

That’s what we could have accomplished if we cut off all International passenger travel except essential Personnel in January or very early in February.
Of take a course thanks to CDC China and the World Health Organization we didn’t have the information so that those decisions could be made in a timely manner.
