I think it comes down to electronic data, if he’s been communicating with anyone about this he’s toast.
Maybe they know something we don’t. I say investigate and if he even communicated this with anyone he does need to go to Jail. He doesn’t get a pass because of who he was.
For a former FBI director to say he isn’t aware what 86 means is beyond the pale. A simp knows what that means.
