The government healthcare scam

Oh yeah, it’s a scam. Year after year, decade after decade it’s the same thing for both parties. Elect us and we’ll fix health care!!! Then they win both houses and the Presidency. And as soon as they are out of power again they scream: Elect us and we’ll fix health care!!! On and on it goes. The same stupid rabbit hole that neither party fixes when they have the chance. Honestly, I’m done with it. The government just needs to get the ■■■■ out of the insurance business. If you’re still arguing about it after 50 years, then you are not capable of fixing it, Enough of the scam. Let it go.

And no, Ds and Rs. I don’t want to hear about your wonderful ideas. Or your stupid blame game. You’ve had 50 plus years to implement your plans. Sometimes when you’ve had full government control. And you didn’t fix it. Give it a rest. It’s exhausting.

The most efficient payer for health care services in the country is Medicare.

You want to fix the system? Step one: remove for-profit entities from between patients and their care

No. That’s not what I said. In 20 years, they will still be bickering about health care. They’ve had 50 plus years to fix the system. It’s time to let it go as an issue. Move on.

No. Health Care is perpetually important, and it is broken for a lot of the country. It needs to remain an issue until fixed.

No. Either they are not capable of “fixing” it or they don’t really want to. How many decades of this bull ■■■■ do you need before this becomes obvious to you? I’m fine with my health care. It’s not broken.

I  my Medicare.

I’m fine with mine too. Don’t tinker with it.

Well that’s cool, I am glad it’s not an issue for you.

It is still an issue for other people though.

If you really are tired of hearing about it, don’t pay attention. Probably ought not start threads about it.

Probably ought to not give advice about what I can post about. If you don’t like the topic. Comment on a different topic. Sound good?

Nobody wants to fix i healthcare . Therefore nobody should discuss how to fix healthcare in this thread about healthcare and how nobody wants to fix healthcare

Donald said he had the best health care plan ever. In 2 weeks.

Why didn’t he implement it? To leave us all here struggling? Except for you people on government provided Medicare?

Going on strike? That’ll show 'em!

So you’d rather have him act king-like and shove it down our throats like Obama did?

I’d like to see it.

For those that say medicare is the end all, be all to fix our healthcare system, I just have one question.

How will hospitals stay open, Dr’s continue to practice, nurses continue to provide care when tney are all dependent on what daddy govt pays for their services.

I utilize the VA for my healthcare, and the majority of it is thru the community care program. That is a medicare program, and it pays medicare prices. I recently had elbow surgery, I recently recieved the EOB for the surgery center, their charges were a little over 6k, medicare paid a whopping 900.00, less than 20% of the initial charges. So, for those wanting single payer/medicare for all, can you explain how hospitals can stay open, etc when they get paid a fraction of what they charge, and probably what they get paid doesn’t even cover the cost of service??

Donald himself just posted about the new MedBed facilities and how every American would be getting a MedBed card. What happened to that? Just another lie?

Excellent question. And I have an equally excellent reply.

I don’t know and I don’t care. Politicians, including your perfect saints have been promising all of these fixes for decades. I stopped voting based on health care and the national debt years ago. It’s a scam. How many decades of this crap is enough?

Chalk this up as a vote to abolish Medicare.

He said he has the best most affordable healthcare plan ever, then he doesn’t even show it to you.

Why you crying about Obama? He hasn’t been in charge of anything in a really long time.
