The genie is out of the bottle

History reprats itself, the fall of the (roman) empire.

Minnesota professor calls to ‘decolonize’ and ‘dismantle’ the US:

This is mainstream liberalism. We used to be a melting pot in America. Not any more. Aand, Biden’s mass migration of undocumented illegal aliens is putting the finishing touches on this land.

Isn’t the illegal invasion a new colonization in the long run?

I’m not going to read us our last rites yet.

What is the end goal? This is about Native Americans at some level? I’m not sure what the lady wants.

Here’s another one:

I actually agree with the critprogs on this one.

This is the typical opinion of someone who has not worked along a traditional path of being married. Of uniting with each other to build a better life, buy a house, have children. To climb what ever ladder of the profession you chose on a daily basis, while nurturing and guiding your children into adulthood. By equipping them with the tools they’ll need to be successful in their life. The absolute pleasure of finding joy in their successes. Decades go by and you now have grandchildren. Debt is being paid off as you prepare for your retirement.

When someone isn’t willing to make the necessary sacrifices required to achieve these successes in life, they throw stones and want to destroy the lives of those that did.

That said, our current government is out of control and must be realed in. There are too many life long government employees that were not elected and are too influential. “We” don’t need to destroy everything but in the next election, there really needs to be a thorough house cleaning of the establishment. Then they can work on removing the life long employees that are seriously hurting this country…like those amongst the 51 retired intelligence agents that all declared Hunter’s laptop to be Russian disinformation.

Start packing.

Come on now. Being a bachelor(ette) does not in any way mean you’re likely to hold such views.

It’s the low level of satisfaction one finds in their life…the lack of finding fulfillment in what you’re doing along the road you’ve chosen.

That’s probably more likely - i.e. a correlation in dissatisfaction with one’s own life and propensity to hold woke views.

That doesn’t at all mean that it’s “typical” of unmarried people to be woke cretins.

IMO there are stages of fulfillment maturity. The traditional road offers the greatest probability of finding that satisfaction. The reason is because what you discover along the way is, the greatest satisfaction doesn’t come in the magnitude from what you’ve accomplished but from the accomplishments of those you love, that you positively influenced.

I already pack.

If it works for you, that’s great and fine and all.

To me , it’s evident that’s it’s wholly possible (and not that difficult, IMO) to be very satisfied in life without it.

Yes…but I’m speaking about probability and the masses and making this conclusion based on that…and not necessarily individuals that were/are the exception. She is discussing dismantling the whole US and with that in mind, is the viewpoint of my post. It’s the mindset I speak of, that is the core of what it takes to be the very foundation of this nation…when poo-poo hits the fan.

The United States can do a couple things to close out its colonial past.

  1. Up or down vote on Puerto Rico Independence/Statehood, then immediately implement whichever choice wins.

  2. Full independence for the Virgin Islands.

  3. Full independence for American Samoa.

  4. Full independence for Northern Mariana Islands.

  5. Full independence for Guam.

  6. Articles of Free Association for any of the above that desire them.

The doctrine certainly caused us to insert ourselves into situations we had no business being in over the years.
