McConnel has already stated that if the House impeaches he would quickly go through the motions and acquit with little fanfare. I don’t see any scenario where Trump is removed from office by the Senate.

Unlike Nixon and Watergate, Trump hasn’t done anything wrong. There is no smoking gun. There was no collusion and there was no obstruction.

As we will be finding out in the near future, this whole affair was orchestrated by the Obama WH to deny Trump the presidency. That will be the real story, which of course the MSM will ignore.
