Crossing the border illegally is a crime. And being in this country illegally is a crime. And every single day they continue in that crime. And a criminal is someone who continually commits crimes. As these illegals do each and every day.
So yeah. Someone who commits a crime, once, and moves on to being a law abiding citizen. Not a criminal.
Someone who continues in their crimes each and every day? That’s a criminal.
