The Democrats will very likely maintain control of the House. The Republicans didn’t lose the House during the impeachment of Clinton, and Clinton was more popular than Trump. The Republicans didn’t lose the House in 2012 when Obama was re-elected.
The Democrats will very likely gain the two Senate seats from Colorado and Arizona. (The Republicans will likey gain the Alabama Senate seat back.) The Democrats will likely gain at least one more Senate seat from NC, Maine, Georgia or Iowa.
I believe that Trump has about a 60% chance of winning the Electoral College again. The economy is still going mostly strong, and nearly all of the Presidential Democratic candidates are not that good.
