The Curious Case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia

I think this is a really good idea.

Maybe we can round up other “alleged“ criminals and throw them in prison before they commit crimes.

You know people that might commit gun crimes?

Or maybe people that might try to over turn an election because they might attempt to interfere with congress.

Ya…

I’m beginning to warm to the idea of “alleging” possible future crimes and throw them into prison without access to the courts.

Maybe though instead of calling them prisons, e call term internment camps. Or better yet “confined education centers” that sounds pleasant.

Probably not a good idea to call them concentration camps though.

Another LIB trying to conflate terrorists with ordinary American citizens.

Remember…

The “Administration” gets to make the call.

Don’t complain when you don’t like the call.

You continue to make my point. Foreign members of a gang who have infiltrated this country are not American citizens. The Secretary of State has the legislative authority to designate a foreign organization as a terrorist organization. Not remotely relevant to American citizens.

Foreign gangs today.

Gun owners tomorrow.

So now you are conflating terrorists with legal gun owners in this country?

No I’m saying you said the Administration makes the call.

Just don’t complain they designate certain groups, like some gun owners as “terrorists” that can be locked up based on allegations by the government and the courts are powerless.

That’s what you want with people you don’t like, just don’t complain when that same power is used on people you do like.

The Secretary of State is given legislative authority to declare foreign organizations as terrorist organizations. The legislation says nothing about the authority to randomly designate a group of gun owners in America as terrorists.

The “This will never happen to me.” is strong in this one.

It isn’t a trust issue. SOS is following the law with Tren de Aragua. Going after gun owners in this country isn’t remotely possible with that law. It is simply made up LW fiction.

@peek-a-boo doesn’t care about those rights, he doesn’t own a gun.

Of course sheep want all alleged wolves, dogs, cats, eagles… rounded up and disposed of.

How else will cud-chewers ever feeeel safe?

You have an amazing imagination. No matter how hard I try, cannot figure out how you extrapolated that conclusion from my absolute truism.
