So basically, the alleged terrorist must first be allowed to kill and rape. Once he does, then we get to hunt him down and give him his day in court.

Maybe though instead of calling them prisons, e call term internment camps. Or better yet “confined education centers” that sounds pleasant.

Probably not a good idea to call them concentration camps though.

The Secretary of State is given legislative authority to declare foreign organizations as terrorist organizations. The legislation says nothing about the authority to randomly designate a group of gun owners in America as terrorists.
