If a someone is covered head to toe with gang tattoos, is hanging out with known gang members, is seen terrorizing neighbors, etc…, it is a fair bet they are members of that gang. If that gang has been classified as a terrorist organization, we have laws to deal with them. Those laws don’t include a jury trial or their day in a courtroom.

You are right we want ms13 members here in the US, run on it. Eggs will be broken when omelets are made. No system is perfect. The unfairness is baked in. I’m more worried about Rachel Morins family.
