No…the legal gripe he was sent to prison without due process.
Deportation is a lower bar, since he was not granted asylum (Although as you point out, even there, they ■■■■■■ up).
Again with the evasion.
PS he had legal status in the US. Granted to him by the courts and upheld three times by the Trump Administration. You continuing to cast him as here illegally does not make it true.

He was deported to ES where his own country put him in jail. So again the only real gripe is he was sent to ES instead of somewhere else. Even with a hearing he can be legally deported, it was only a temp, you are only delaying the inevitable.
He was deported to El Salvador.

He was not sent to jail by ES…he want sent to jail by the United States as part of an arrangement they made with ES.
The rationalizations pile deeper and deeper.

He is a legal citizen of ES and the president said his place is in jail. We cannot tell ES what to do with their citizens.

He was sent to prison because of our arrangement with El Salvador.
I am aware of the tale you have spun in your head that he “wasn’t really part of that arrangement”.

We sent him to prison.
No rationalization on your part will change that.
We sent him there without due process.
This isn’t about him, but us and what we are enabling our government to do.
If we allow the government the power to do this to anyone, we are allowing them to do it to everyone.

We sent him to his country of origin where he landed in a prison of his country who has an elected president who makes those Decisions for his people. Are you arguing there are indoor airports in Cecot?

That’s my point. The US government is sentencing people to lifetime imprisonment in a brutal prison without a trial. Sick stuff.

How what turns out? There is no trial scheduled, he’s in CECOT right now, a prison no one leaves.
JayJay:

There is nothing to rationalize.
We mistakenly deported him to El Salvador
It is about faux LIB outrage
Illegal aliens are deported every day. As they should be.

He is in a prison from his legal country, put in jail by his elected president of his country. Who is running on eradicating MS13

We put him in prison, for life, by accident (which the Trump administration admitted), and we don’t even know for sure if he’s a gang member.
