NO. He was not. If not for lies, the left would have nothing.

You didnât even bother to read your own link. It says exactly what Iâve repeated numerous times right here in this thread. Again, if youâd like to defend Mr Trump by saying âhe didnât rape her, he just put his fingers in her vagina against her willâ please, go ahead. I hope it makes you feel better about him.
"Last year, Trump was found liable for sexually assaulting and defaming Carroll and was ordered to pay her $5 million. In January, he was found liable on additional defamation claims and ordered to pay Carroll $83.3 million. Trump is appealing both verdicts.
Neither verdict involved a finding of rape as defined under New York law.
The judge in both cases, Lewis Kaplan, has said that the juryâs conclusion was that Carroll had failed to prove that Trump raped her âwithin the narrow, technical meaning of a particular section of the New York Penal Law.â
Kaplan noted that the definition of rape was âfar narrowerâ than how rape is defined in common modern parlance, in some dictionaries, in some federal and state criminal statutes and elsewhere.
The judge said the verdict did not mean that Carroll âfailed to prove that Mr. Trump ârapedâ her as many people commonly understand the word ârape.â Indeed ⌠the jury found that Mr. Trump in fact did exactly that.â
Still sticking with the lie? â
NEW YORK â ABC News has agreed to pay $15 million toward Donald Trumpâs presidential library to settle a lawsuit over anchor George Stephanopoulosâ inaccurate on-air assertion that the president-elect had been found civilly liable for raping writer E. Jean Carroll.
The case is still under appeal. Most of the money awarded to Ms Carroll was because she won a defamation case against President Trump that is under appeal.
If you believe he âraped her with his fingerâ charge, youâd have to think President Trump stuck his finger in the woman against her will. ![]()
Does anybody think that Donald Trump was that hard up for a woman in the 90âs? ![]()
rape not about sex but power. its well known.
Allan
Disengenious statement, some people believe rape is about sex - most often itâs about power, dominance, and getting away with it.
Was trump hard up for sex? Probably not, he could afford all the hookers he wanted.
Did he a sexually assault Carroll, ya the jury said he did. (Civil standard) Less likely for âsexâ and more likely about power and getting away with it.

Still off topic I see.
Kilmar has become old and boring news.

Does it make you feel better that he was only found liable for sticking his finger in her vagina against her will, instead of his penis?
Back on topic please.
Actually itâs a natural evolution to those the continually inject âwife beaterâ into the thread.

garcia here for at least another few weeks
âSalvadoran migrant Kilmar Abrego Garcia will remain in the U.S. through at least the last week of November, according to a new court filing submitted Tuesday morning, as his months-long legal fight with the Trump administration continues to play out in multiple federal courts. â

Thanksgiving turkey with the family!
he might even last until his trial date in January. when we find out what kind of lies the admin has cooked up for the trial.
Allan
Back in court this week?
However, Abrego Garcia was eventually allowed to continue driving with only a warning.
A Department of Homeland Security agent testified at an earlier hearing that he did not begin investigating the traffic stop until after the U.S. Supreme Court said in April that the Trump administration must work to bring back Abrego Garcia.
Well, there you have it.
Absolutely!
The bodycam vid is really bad for everyone in that vehicle and for the supervisor that made the decision to let them go.
Let the system work.
