The Curious Case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia (Part 1)

No he wasn’t.

The immigration Judge said he could stay, he was here legally and had legal work authorization.

As long as they don’t wear Bulls hoodies…

Well, that’s not “eNoUgH sAid” given the judicial order.

Interesting that the Trump Inc called it a “clerical error.”

Trump Inc has admitted it.

Irrelevant. He had a judicial order not to be deported. Period.

That is the end of the deportation argument.

That statement is blatantly false. It came from Trump Inc and was the basis for sending him to CECOT.

He is in CECOT.

Yup.

One out of thousands. There’s gonna be collateral damage. The administration needs to do what it can to fix it. Maybe trade another 100 illegal gang members to El Salvador in exchange for this guy. (Probably something is already being worked out now.)

Just don’t let this derail the deportation train.

I hope one day you get a taste.

For employers who have key employees that are here illegally, I recommend working diligently to keep those workers’ heads low, and clean, and maybe do all they can to get them the legal status needed to stay.

When it’s you disappearing, we’ll see how cavalier you are.

And no Bulls hoodys.

Has new information came out? Last official news I had read didn’t say that.

It said that in 2019 he was ordered deported, but the judge had said he couldn’t be sent to El Salvador.

What!? Why not?

Where was he sent due to a clerical error ?

Sounds like libs have tossed flaming matches in your hair.

It’s tough to take you seriously nowadays.

Then don’t.

I don’t like police states or violations of rights.

But then I’m not scared.
