The Curious Case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia (Part 1)

When it’s you disappearing, we’ll see how cavalier you are.

oppps we made a mistake and there is nothing we can do to rectify it.

when deporting people, there should be no collateral damage.

Employer should assist with criminal activity?

(I know that not what you said, but that is the end result because for employers to assist, they have to already know.)

The order said he was protected from deportation to El Salvador. He could be deported anywhere else. The only obstacle would be to find a country that would take him.

But back to my original point, he was in the country illegally.

I seriously doubt Garcia will be coming back anytime soon.

A cap and a hoody is not the reason Garcia is in CECOT. If the administration stated that was the only reason, then by all means show me.

He is now.

I’m not in this country illegally.

Neither was Garcia.

Not practical or even possible. Focus on the worst of the worst and those who have committed criminal acts.

For anyone wanting to review the actual court documents.

What criminal acts did Garcia commit since he was allowed to stay in 2019 that makes him the worst of the worst?

Hell, 2016 when he first came her as a minor.

He was sent to CECOT in error. Why do we have to keep rehashing that?

Because the opinion of some seems to be “Oh well, we ■■■■■■ up. We can’t or don’t want to fix it.”

These people are in US custody, they are physically located in El Salvador and we the taxpayers are paying them $6,000,000 to house these people.

Pictures show that the transfers occurred at night. Well if prisoners can be transferred at night there is no reason not to think that the US Government can’t call the El Salvador government and tell them to put him on a flight. We send an aircraft to deliver him, we’ll send an aircraft to pick him up and/or a US Marshall to take custody and escort him pack via commercial flight.

Oh - and returning him DOES NOT mean release, he can still be held in an ICE facility awaiting court proceedings.

Sounds like a plan.

From the complaint in your linked court document:

Should Defendants wish to remove Plaintiff Abrego
Garcia to any other country, they would have no legal impediment in doing so.

too bad the current admin didnt follow my advice.

and deported someone with a protection order.

You are simply guessing. You or I have not earthly idea what it would take to get Garcia back, or whether it would even be possible.
