No the constitutional crisis started with democrats trying to imprison their political opponent. Judges are now carrying out that crisis by overstepping their authority and trying to block executive action.

Congress has worked hard to give their powers to the president with vague and open ended regulations. Like “At the discretion of the sec. of whatever agency” . Obama care was very big on that kind of wording.

it is not their job to check the executive just for the sake of checking the executive. Its their job o apply th law, if checking the executive comes from that, then they do.
