Turning away invaders at the border.
Ramping up deportations.
Ending catch and release (again).
For democrats it means none of these things. They keep complaining about a broken border. But they won’t say what’s broken and how they would fix it. Why not? Very few specifics from the libs on what the exact issue is. I think I know why. Their idea of fixing the border is hiring more people to process invaders into this country legally. Anybody else seeing anything different? Somebody please just ask Biden. What changes he is planning to actually secure the border.
For those who’ve actually looked at the bill put together by those (just) three senators realize what a joke it was. The bill actually had NOTHING to do with border security, but was rather was a bill simply designed to dramatically increase legal immigration of low wage labor into the country and hence grow the welfare state.
That was what the remain in Mexico program was for. It was working so well that Biden killed it. You need to expand your thoughts beyond what is best for invaders.
According to polls only 20% of the country trust Democrats with border security, 61% of the country wants a wall now the general consensus is no one trusts Democrats to secure the border so we’ll just have to wait till someone else comes along.
This wasn’t Biden’s “failure”. It was/is successful in hurting this nation from within. This was his intent but mostly the INTENT of those actually pulling his incognizant, mental strings.
According to 2024 Republicans criteria for a “closed” border… our laws have never been satisfactory.
They want zero asylum claims, for example. The rebuttal to this will be “no we just don’t want fake ones”. Ok, based on the current law, how does one weed out fake ones?
