Biden and Amy K. always talk about not becoming a socialist. Protect access to abortion doesn’t promote anyone having an abortion. Admittedly I am not happy with any of them on guns. Our tax code is not punishing especially compared to the rest of the civilized world.
A smart person on either side would realize the one thing that this country needs that both sides should be able to work together on is infrastructure. Trump has already said he probably couldn’t make a deal with Dems on it, but I don’t hear Dems talking about it and that’s sad.
I am left of center…I do not want socialism, I want well regulated capitalism.
I also want a health care system that works for all.
I also want anyone who is able and has the desire to get a college degree or job training, to be able to do so for little or no cost.
And since i know guns are a passion of yours…
I do not want to outlaw guns. I want more responsibility and accountability applied to gun owners.
I’m not aware of single lib on this forum that has been critical of what Obama administration did concerning the abuse of FBI, CIA, NSA or IRS.
Not one single lib…and they want me to believe they’re moderate. This forum doesn’t have moderate libs…an I’m doubting that we have any real liberals from there side as well.
Sorry Conan -If you took EVERY political view in America, all the voters issues and positions, and mapped them out, People like Biden, Amy klobuchar, Mayor Pete , as well as Mitt Romney, Gov Larry Hogen, etc… Would be close to the middle of that line.
THAT is why they are moderates. Its not what YOU personally want that defines it. Its what the Majority of American Voters define it to be.
And as I have said many times -Trump has some policies that are far right, some that are far left, and many that are just slightly right. But what makes him a bad President is not policies, but how he carry’s those policies out and how he represents the United States and the Presidency.
