That isn’t the question, the question is, did he see a murder or self defense.

We will never know because he didn’t get to tell his side of the story.
Rittenhouse had already killed someone.

Bicep guy admitted he didn’t see anything. he thought R said he was with the cops, ran back toward the crowd then turned around to get him again at the mobs urging. Never claimed to have seen the initial shooting.

He saw self-defense.
Because he attacked with a club.
The jury followed what the law says.
Just as if Huber had subdued an active shooter and killed him in the act of defending himself he would likely have been found not guilty.
That is the point of all of this.
The law seems to protect the person who lives.
Rittenhouse was an active shooter.
Do people have the right to defend against that?

The only reason that it isn’t the case is because Rittenhouse lived.
He got to tell his side of the story.
You need to watch the tape. Huber and Rosenbaum chased Rittenhouse. Huber retreated after the shots, then regained pursuit when Rittenhouse ran. Thats an aggressor. You gonna get your boy the death penalty.
