There’s a fine line. Simply speaking in favor of organized labor isn’t an issue. If you attempt to unionize that is where the line is theoretically drawn. But I keep my mouth shut about it at work.
I would to without Union protection, I’m in a different boat than most I was in the the military from eighteen years old until I was forty. And have worked the last fourteen years at a class one railroad, every railroad in America even in right to work states all scheduled employees have to belong to a union because of the “Railroad Labor Act” it’s also why we don’t pay social security our retirement is a stand alone agreement.
