The military swears an oath to uphold the constitution. The uniform code of military justice states only lawful orders are to be followed. If Trump ordered the military to defy the constitution or perform an unlawful act, it is the military’s responsibility to disobey.

I’m not suggesting the President be arrested.

I’m saying it’s not a crime to touch him - and if he chose to put himself in a position where the Sergeant-at-arms of the House had to remove him, the Secret Service would be more likely to assist the Sergeant-at-arms than try to arrest him.
