Weak sanctions are “crippling” now. Because Trump, I guess.

One of the things that is on the table for negotiation is food delivery to NK from SK. If I was a silly person, I would ask why. Why do it now, when they are, to quote the CEC from the Iran days, “on the ropes and on the verge of collapse”?.
