#1 I think should be based on income.
#2 I agree.
#3 MOH agree. The rest should be a sliding scale based on %. Every percentage point is a point off taxes. That being said, should probably be limited to income tax as figuring every retail transaction might be too hard to implement.
#4 Should be domicile only and I agree.
#5. OK, but voluntary for businesses.
#6 Yes, especially the et al. Iām ok with a C or better in the class to qualify.
