Socialist superstar Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez continued to raise eyebrows among American voters this week; bizarrely lamenting a coffee shop closure that buckled under the weight of her own proposal to provide a “living wage.”
It was a one two three punch of large overhead aka a “huge” staff, exorbitant RENT, and a pending minimum wage hike not even in effect yet that did in the Coffee Shop causing the owners and operators to close the door.
The Owners didn’t even try to see if they could have survived a minimum wage hike THAT HAD NOT EVEN GONE INTO EFFECT YET.
