Maybe. Doesn’t sound like the Bible is a holy book then if it is susceptible to man’s edits.
The theory requires tens of thousands of random acts just to produce one protein.
Atomic theory and Germ theory have both been proven and neither relies on a set of conditions and random acts that are probabilistically all but impossible to see occurring all in the short span of time and organize themselves randomly into a single viable gene much less an entire chromosome.
Even something as simple as a prion is nothing but inert matter unless it finds itself in or attached the proper host and that host must either be alive or randomly be acquired by a living host.
That was already proven when Einstein’s solar experiment proved that photons have mass and gravity affects them.
On planet earth such a phenomena could not be demonstrated.
It changed the whole way we view particles, waves, matter, and energy and gave us general relativity as a fact rather than an abstract theory.
That’s just ridiculous. The flood doesn’t increase atmospheric pressure, storms lower barometric pressure.
Buoyant sea life would rise to the levels their air bladders already were keeping them at and they are a regulatory organ that allows them to change the pressure inside in order to set a predetermined depth to be achieved or maintained.

Well that isn’t remotely true. Both ancient Egyptian and Sumerian texts record history by year and by who was king or pharaoh.
The Sumerian kings list still remains completely inexplicable because some of them according to the texts ruled for hundreds or thousands of years.

There have been literally hundreds of books written that could have also found their way into the bible absent Charlemagne and his clergyman rejecting them.
The books of the accepted bible have been rewritten into so many different versions they are replete with additions, subtractions, and conflicts.

Early mammals were tiny compared to their contemporary reptiles and amphibians in most cases which many postulate allowed them to succeed the in the changing climate which was the downfall of nearly all existing amphibs and reptiles at the time.
Simply put when resources become extremely limited those that consume the least and can still reproduce are more likely to succeed than larger animals that require much more to develop and survive from birth.
Africa gives us a good example with sickle cell. Those carrying the gene tend to live longer without treatment than “normals” when infected. That allowed them to dominate in many areas where Malaria was rampant.
A sickle cell makes the body physically weaker than “normals” but it doesn’t provide enough oxygen to the malarial parasite to thrive where those with normal cells are ideal hosts.

The overwhelming force that prevents solar winds from wiping life from the planet is our magnetic field, not water vapor.

There is absolutely no evidence Pangea was flat. Tectonic forces have been shaping the planet since it first began to cool if not even before.
It isn’t even physically possible to vaporize the volume of water on earth that would be required to splet a mega continent the size of Pangea.
The only force on earth remotely powerful enough to do so absent a massive collision with another planet sized, or something the size of our moon, object would be our own tectonics.
Now if a massive body the size of our moon composed of frozen water ice and gas ice collided with the planet at such a time, something like that might have been possible and would have caused a worldwide flood event, it still would not be the flood that caused the breakup, it would be the collision.
There’s no evidence of such a huge crater existing anywhere on the planet.
Even the evidence we have of prior meteor and cometary collisions doesn’t show anything remotely resembling such a large event other than the formation of our own moon which occurred before the planet solidified according to the best evidence.
Because miracle, of course.
