It really, really, is not about taxes.
It’s about fraud, falsifying anything, and everything to an end result of theft, massive theft; according to Prosecution.
The taxes are both the entrance, and the evidence; this Prosecutor is no dummy, and as I stated above, will be requested in the Discovery phase of this, now, very public criminal trial.
If Weisellburg pleads to something very quickly now, the case closes, before the Discovery phase can function, but it is too late now to do so, no doubt.
Any deal offered will be maximum etc… But prosecution has already entered into, and emerged from the plea stage with Weisellburg; as required, so there is no need to deal now at all, and I don’t think he will.
If there is no there, there, cool, it will be Discovered as such.
What ever the maximum is Weisellburg will get it, as he shows indignant indiffernce altogether.
When Prosecution puts a deal on the table, and nobody wants any then well, that’s it, kitchen is closed very very shortly there after.

Pretty simple to avoid prosecution. Don’t commit crimes.

They are not the same thing.

Ya they are :rofl:What’s the difference? One was a black man and one is a white man who apperently many want to have a special white privilege to protect him from prosecution.

Good thing that doesn’t exist

I’ll bet he runs again, I wish he wouldn’t but I think he will by like a 90% certainty unless his health gives out.

One is tax fraud the other was just not filing his taxes period, tax evasion.

In criminal trials, discovery is one-sided and only helps the defendant. The prosecution gets their evidence from subpoenas.

But aside from that, I agree.

Will he roll over on the Trump family or won’t he?

Hey ya’ll, pay attention: this dude knows what he is talking about.

I would also amplify the fact that he has made no judgements on guilt, he just outlined the process and timeline.

I think they have a l ready tried that and he wouldn’t budge. But since he is being charged with fraud on benefits. Seems to me they had nothing and won’t be able to apply that to Trump.

Reciprocal…

Sorry dear, this will be a full on test of “Discovery.”

Say it with me, R E C I P·R O·C A L…

For certain, he will play “will he or won’t he” to the absolute end in order to squeeze ever nickel out of the flock.

If ever there was a case for campaign finance reform and maybe even public funding, Trump is it
