Peter Jackson has been spending the last view years remastering thousands of hours of film from the First World War giving old black and white granny film new HD look for a new generation.
The brief glimpse alone of that restored footage is extraordinary.
hopefully once they are done he will release the tech he is using for other nation to use to restore their film.
I thought Turner from CNN had cornered the market on “colorizing” old films…
